Do not delete, move, or rename the unzipped
extension folder.
Chrome runs the extension directly from the folder on your hard drive. If you modify or remove
it, the extension will stop working and you will need to reinstall. You can safely delete the
original downloaded .zip
file from your Downloads folder after installation.
Download & Unzip
Get the latest installer package and extract it to your Documents folder.
- 1 Download the MicroCreativityHub.zip installer file using the button above or below.
- 2 Unzip the file. On Mac, double-click it. On Windows, right-click → "Extract All".
- 3 Move the unzipped folder to your Documents folder. Keep it there permanently.
Run the Helper Script
Optional but recommended. Automates the setup and opens Chrome to the right page.

Windows_install.bat - 2 If prompted by Windows Defender, click "Run Anyway"
The script will open Chrome to chrome://extensions
and highlight the extension folder in your Documents — ready to drag.
Load into Chrome
Load the extension directly into your browser via Developer Mode.
- 1 Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions in the address bar.
- 2 Enable Developer Mode using the toggle in the top-right corner of the page.

Open your Documents folder and locate
the
MicroCreativityfolder. - 4 Drag that folder directly into the Chrome extensions page. The extension will appear instantly.
Pin to Toolbar
Keep MicroCreativity Hub one click away at all times.
- 1 Click the Puzzle Piece 🧩 icon in your Chrome toolbar (top-right, next to the address bar).
- 2 Find MicroCreativity Hub in the dropdown list.
- 3 Click the Pin 📌 icon next to it. The MicroCreativity logo will appear permanently in your toolbar.
- 4 Click the icon anytime to open the side panel and start directing your generative workflow.
Troubleshooting
Most issues are resolved in under a minute.
